Returns & Exchanges

At Hit, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
