Pete Walker directs this mystery horror following musician Nick Cooper (Jack Jones) who returns to England after six years away. As Nick attempts to pick up the pieces of his career under the guidance of his fickle manager Webster Jones (David Doyle), he arrives at a quiet country house for a weekend retreat only to discover the body of his estranged wife Gail (Holly Palance), who has been brutally murdered. The cast also includes Pamela Stephenson, Sheila Keith and Bill Owen.
