Jean-Claude Van Damme stars in this 1990s action feature based on the popular video game. The film follows Colonel William F. Guile (Van Damme) as he attempts to rescue a group of hostages held by the evil warlord General M.

Bison (Raul Julia) in the country of Shadaloo. The cast also includes Kylie Minogue, Ming-Na Wen and Damian Chapa.
