Delphine Seyrig stars in this French-language drama written and directed by Chantal Akerman which depicts the life of a widowed mother over the course of three days. Jeanne (Seyrig)'s life is monotonous and she keeps to a strict schedule which includes supplementing her income through prostitution. However, a chance event one day causes her careful behaviour to slowly unravel with devastating consequences.
